TRE® Sessions

One-to-one sessions are available for people new to TRE® as well as those with experience seeking to be gently supported to deepen their practice. 

One-to-one sessions cost £70 and last an hour. Children, aged 12+ and accompanied by an adult, are half adult price (accompanying adults attend free of charge). Sessions are held online and in London.

Group classes can be a really great way to try out or maintain your TRE® practice within a small, supportive group setting. Classes are suitable for adults and children aged 12+ (children should be accompanied by a participating adult). Classes are held online and in London and last an hour.

Price per class is £10. All proceeds will be donated to Epilepsy Action - Home - Epilepsy Action
