The information that you have given is used to process any requested information in relation to services offered by Our Own Sanctuary. This information will not be shared without prior consent.

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Our Own Sanctuary by emailing ourownsanctuary@proton.me

How your personal information is stored
Your information is securely stored electronically (computer and phone). The information is retained either for the duration that you are receiving services from Our Own Sanctuary or for 6-months in any other case. Your information is deleted after this period.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask to have personal information rectified if you think it is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charges or fees for exercising your rights. If you make a request, Our Own Sanctuary have one month to respond to you. Please email ourownsanctuary@proton.me if you wish to make a request.
